Decompiled ARM templates to Bicep, and refactored to be more Bicep-y. Then, regenerated json files using
bicep buildso they can still be used via ARM and the ARM Github artifacts deployment process.This is a work in progress unless it is out of Draft status, it is not tested and I will never be able to test the full gamut of options. But this could be a good starting point for a maintainer to make the transition to Bicep.
