Tab order on the Absolute Time Range Picker

Currently, the Tab order goes from the From: text input field, all the way down through the calendar (about 35 Tabs). Maybe we can move from From: directly to To: and then to Go? That is, if my idea is in line with our Accessibility guidelines :).

Since the current date picker would require a lot of refactoring to work properly, we are currently looking into first moving it to React (see #13525) before we fix any further a11y issues.

In any case, I would agree with @loekvangool and say we should have a better keyboard/tab flow for the date pickers.
