Train.py crashes on GPU with coco model #81

Training crashes on different positions. Sometimes at 4000, 25020, 12520, 52400. All time the same error:
ValueError: 'arr' does not have a suitable array shape for any mode

CUDA 9.0, tensorflow-gpu 1.8, cuDNN 7
