setupIcon for the setup installer .exe not working #399

HI,

Very nice that there is an easy way of making an installer executable, thanks.
Unfortunately, I cant get the icon for the setup to work.

Also, if anyone has any info for me how to obtain "Authenticode Code Signing", please let me know.
