What Happened?

Building greeter-8.0.0 against mutter 45 is broken. Similar fixes as for gala are required.

Attached patch restores mutter45 support.

pantheon-greeter-8.0.0_mutter45.patch.gz

Build greeter against mutter 45/libmutter13

Expected Behavior

Build succeeds

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Latest release (I have run all updates)
