Path: /conversational-ai/api-reference/post-conversational-ai-knowledge-base-document

docs are good, but when i use this route, my agent isn't reflecting that the knowledge base document was uploaded.

GET Knowledge Base Document with the agentId and knowledgeBaseDocumentId is returning successfully

but GET Agent with the agentId shows that my agent's knowledge Base array is empty :/
