I had to redo my emunand after changing sdcards as I has one fail.
I used this tool to backup the saves all were in numbers.
When my emunand was redone same user as sysnand I looked at injecting saves again.
Games use different numbering each time its installed so it's not always consistent between nands and devices.
So 0000000000000054 may be 0000000000000034 when you re-install the games on the new emunand
Knowing this I managed to import both BOTW and Disgaea1 by renaming the numbers to match the new ones and copying them back into the /save partition.
So you do not need to use JKSV or Checkpoint to get your saves back.
So some feedback would be to for the program to show a list and allow local scanning of a save folder as only allowing you to see the users and names from a mounted nand isn't too good.
Also to export a list somehow or append the name to the file as a dash so we know what games the numbers mean,
As I have 85 files some may have more I am unsure what games go with what numbers so renumbering them to copy over is a pain.
So a inject exported save file with the new number is also a option for future versions.
Luckily I know can renumber them import the saves as a blank test nand and screenshot the save manager window to get the names but that's a workaround for a solution which should be there already.
This works if the same save userid is the same on both nands if the userid is different then there needs to be a way to allow importing the save with a different userid.
