GeoConversor is a open source application for converting coordinates and export the converted corrdinates to Csv file or Kml layers. There is three available type of layers to be exported: points, lines and polygons. When the points are exported as Csv file, all the atributes defined (name, description, latitude, longitude, etc) will be writed on file.
