This is the updated URL format for the Planner homepage: https://planner.cloud.microsoft/bmore.onmicrosoft.com/en-US/Home/Planner/#/planhub

This it the updated format for a single plan: https://planner.cloud.microsoft/bmore.onmicrosoft.com/en-US/Home/Planner/#/plantaskboard?groupId=3847f78a-e4b4-4d74-b53d-4a142b83ce3c&planId=JFHTEg0-KkKlhkVaVSxEZYIABi2P

The group ID and plan ID are both included in the URL but the format for the tenant is different than before.
