This wiki discusses in more detail about DxWrapper. DxWrapper is a dll file designed to fix compatibility issues in older games by wrapping or hooking DirectX (or other) libraries to fix Windows 10 compatibility issues in older games.
To configure DxWrapper you just need to edit the ini file and enable the settings you want. See the Configuration wiki for more details.
So far I have tested this with over 70 games (that don't otherwise work correctly) to get them running on Windows 10. Most work flawlessly, some still have issues I need to resolve. Check out the Compatible Games wiki for a full list.
