Include extra metadata for target repositories

ENA expects more metadata about their 'study' model than is included in the ISA JSON. These fields include:

• study type: Controlled vocabulary
• other study type: Free text IF study type is 'other'. Otherwise, should be empty.
• study title
• ...

Other target repositories might require even more.

This might require some broader discussion on how to include this information in the ISA JSON.

[Meeting follow up] In the current example ISA-JSONs and in general, we can not assume that the study title is not representative for a good ENA title (publication title style). Study type is specific and can't be 100% mapped to existing ISA-nomenclature. We might want to ask people on assay level this repository specific information.
