An assay "tagged" with the target repository attribute, can still contain process sequences that are not accepted by the repository. We should settle on a controlled list / repository.

Since we will change the way the ISA-JSON is parsed, starting from the data files, we can work our way up from there,. Depending on which repository, extra metadata might not be supported upon submission.
