I am afraid though that the title will be automatically changed to the one in the sidebar: Depositing epifluorescence and confocal microscopy data to EBI BioImage Archive

I see that the @elixir-europe/fair-cookbook-editors FAIRCOOKBOOK recipe has a discrepancy between:

  • Sidebar: Depositing epifluorescence and confocal microscopy data to EBI BioImage Archive
  • Title: 7. bioimage-deposition
  • Card: Depositing Covid-19 image data to BioImage Archive

It's ok. I just could not find that title from the sidebar anywhere else, so I used the one in the metadata of the md. But it is better of it gets the correct one

The assumption was that the sidebar has a more concise name for the page, than the title (FCB does not align them) https://github.com/elixir-europe/faircookbook-rdmkit/blob/main/var/issue_creator.py#L27

But this is a scenario where it is not the case.
