Hello @tam17aki there is a discussion about helm-flymake here: emacs-helm/helm#2677
This package seems unmaintained and as @zbelial reported broken.
We plan to make it working again and maintain it if you agree in emacs-helm.
What do you think?

I haven't used helm in recent years, and therefore neither helm-flymake. I agree to hand over this package.
