Instructions for character use within Name & File fields

It would be nice to see some instructions when uploading an asset beside the the ‘Name’ and ‘File’ fields:

Name: ‘Can include these characters:….’
File: ‘Before you upload you must replace all spaces within the file name to an underscore’ (or whatever you link it should be, would be nice to have a consistent guideline for everyone).
