Not working with ad fly

I've gone through their code, but is heavily obfuscated! I don't think I can not do this work alone and also people don't seem to be interested in AdStopEnforcer anymore.
Sadly I think I will have to drop this project. Anyway thank you for your precious help @Noitidart.
