Added function clear_overlays(); to remove all popups and markers from memory.
Source code should be rewritten such that popups are only loaded for bugs that are actually hovered, this would save a lot.
Rewrite going on anyway, so priority is low.

OpenLayers dev warns: do not add more than 50 markers in IE or 300 markers in more capable browsers.
