It worked great until I changed the aspect ratio to 21:9 fullscreen (Video frame->Touch window from outside), The color started showing incorrectly. It's back to normal when I exit fullscreen mode. The HDR setting was turned on

It is unrelated to aspect ratio. It probably happens when part of video is located outside of visible area. Similar issue was reported before.

Detect if video is outside of frame and re-init swapchain to disable RTX HDR passthrough?

It may also be a bug/limitation of driver. Reporting it to NVIDIA could help solve it.
