The game reads a highlighttype custom property from the dummy and if set to edge value it should not draw the pulsing, very useful for LCDs.

It can be tried by adding that property to the dummy:

However I have not tried if this works, if it does then it can just be a checkbox in the SEUT's menu for configuring highlight dummies :} or a drop-down if you wish to be more detailed about what is on and what is off.

Fixes #356 . But needs testing.

This should also allow users to set the highlighttype for highlight empties as described in #336 .
