Texas Instruments provides the Open On-Chip Debugger (OpenOCD) for SimpleLink™ Connected MCUs (SIMPLELINK-OPENOCD).

SIMPLELINK-OPENOCD supports flash programming for CC3220SF internal flash.

As an alternative, the OpenOCD repository is located at http://git.ti.com/sdo-emu/openocd.

OpenOCD is well documented at http://openocd.org and widely used. It acts and a server for GDB like GCC 6.3.1-20170620 arm-none-eabi-gdb.
