Now that SDKs should be discoverable at runtime as long as they exist on the device (needs to be tested further, mainly if they can be instantiated correctly), the core library should be able to operate as a standalone service on the device, with user applications simply connecting to it without having to download dependencies.
If tests are successful, the standalone service could be released on the Play Store.
