Add Ability that can lock all type of hopper with redstone

Add Ability that can lock all type of hopper with redstone, I'm currently using your mod to desine a better furnace array but when i'm making the hopper lock part find that your hopper don't have the ability to lock it with redstone, which hugely dropped my pc performance, please add it to the mod.
