[2024-01-02] Cloud Team Update

• We have added metadata to every File like object (Uploaded files, Connectors, Project files). This way we can store attributes associated with the file and easily version them. Currently used to version description / documentation.
• We removed EBS from our EC2 and refactored booting scripts. It speed up starting time and allowed us to start working on moving the implementation to ECS
• Fixed numerous of bugs on dashboard / gui2 connection.
• We have added support for copying assets
• We have added admin only close any project endpoint
• Stripe implementation is almost done from FE and backend side
