Contract preregistration not showing on the hosted service UI.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use envio version 2.6.0 and upper(not sure version matters).
2. Deploy indexer with preRegisterDynamicContracts option on
3. See the indexer status page of it

Expected behavior
Should be indicating indexer is on preregistration state.

• Link to the deployed indexer: need new indexer to reproduce contract pre-registration

Hey @chrisais9, will make sure it gets implemented next week!

It's a new feature to the indexer. For now you should at least be able to see the progress it's making with the pre-registration as if it were indexing regularly. Then it will start again.
