Does anyone know why this would suddenly be cropping up as an issue when running the typecheck command?

Same here, haven't found a fix but commented out this line for now.

I'm getting this on an update to testing-library packages, I suspect @testing-library/jest-dom.

I haven't had the need to merge the update yet so holding out for a fix 😁.
