This document keeps track of features being discussed in Issues:
- add columns (transaction constructor parameters) to keep track of hash/address (issue 5): this can already be done using the Notes column, but this proposal would formalize hash and address in their own column.
- cost-only transactions (https://github.com/eprbell/rp2/issues/4): this is part of the DeFi Brainstorming, see Wiki.
