Pin required sumo-wrapper version #357

Had a situation where a user was using an old Explorer causing something to not work.

User then upgraded to a working version of the Explorer, but then got a new error due to outdated wrapper.

Update the requirements so that installing the Explorer also installs an up-to-date version of the wrapper.
