It is currently not possible to limit the set of keywords exported from the command line client, it will export three-phase relperm data if if finds data for it. It could be interesting to be able to specify which keywords to include by some mechanism, either to produce two-phase data only even if the input is three-phase, or in order to separate keywords to individual files.
