Feature: Use URL to share the exact same view with all set parameters

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If a user wants to share a Webviz page/plugin as URL, the changed settings are not included. Hence, when the person the page was shared with opens the link, they will have all settings set to their default values.

Describe the solution you'd like
Automatically include all changed settings/properties in the URL as GET parameters.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The easiest way is to automatically update the URL with all changed parameters. Should that not be possible/feasible it would also be helpful to just have a new action button somewhere in WLF that generates a link with which the exact same page can be reproduced.
