i just downloaded the starter vault but it will not import notes and says its because "unexpected end of JSON input", sorry if this is a stupid problem, i am very clueless

I had the same issue! I learned from the Obsidian forums that this sort of issue can be resolved by ensuring both the BetterBibTex plugin (for Zotero) and the Zotero Integration plugin (for Obsidian) are both updated to the latest version.

If you've downloaded this vault recently, you (like me!) probably installed an updated version of BetterBibTex to Zotero, but used the old version of Zotero Integration that comes with the vault. Simply updating Zotero Integration in your copy of this vault should resolve the issue for you.

@erazlogo a quick fix to this would be to make sure the Zotero Integration in this vault is updated, so future downloads work with the current version of BetterBibTex
