Format for community call agendas

We're looking forward to the December 5th Community Call!

Going forward, we're switching to what we hope will be a more interactive format for setting agendas. We'll be following the Ethereum Foundation format of posting a new issue for each call, which will allow for more dialogue around possible agenda items and suggestions.

We'll post these out here in Discussions and will also include links for reaching out to suggest discussion topics in case people prefer to go that route.
