I am sorry but I do not understand your question, this is Firmware it should be installed onto your printers main board.

You can do that using the arduino ide if your main board has a boot loader installed or if you own the appropriate programming devices like an atmel ice or usb asp.

You can setup octoprint to flash your main board by using a plugin again if you have a main board with Bootloader.

All of this has nothing to do with the marlin firmware.

Pretty sure the Melzi boards shipped from TronXY do not have a bootloader. My TronXY X1 with a 1284P processor did not, so that requires an Arduino or a USBasp or USBisp device to burn a bootloader through the programming pins. Follow instructions from Th3D on how to do this. Once the bootloader is flashed, Marlin can be flashed whenever the user wishes, any number of times through the USB port.
