Rails 5.1 support?

I see that @ridem has a fork for 5.0 which just bumps the rails version requirement, is that all that's needed? If so would it be possible to merge that into master @esbanarango and increase the version range to include 5.1?

Hello @mcolyer, You can use master now. We're waiting to release a new version once chrisk/fakeweb#57 is closed.

@mcolyer A little late but version 0.0.2 is out with support to Rails > 5
