signing in at DKRZ

Describe the bug

I can not sign in at https://esgf-metagrid.cloud.dkrz.de/search, neither in Safari nor in Chrome. Clicking the "Sign In" buttom gives me zero reaction. As if there is no link behind the visible button in the html.

It seems that this prohibits me from downloading data. I am just used to the old ESGF UI and trying out the new one. I need MPI-GE data.

I could sign in at https://aims2.llnl.gov/search with the same setup and browser. However, the data I need is not available there.

I can download the wget file from my cart selection at https://esgf-metagrid.cloud.dkrz.de but if I want to execute it, I am asked for my OpenID and password, which seem to be obsolete at this point?!

As such, signing in at DKRZ be would fantastic.

@martin-wegmann Thanks for reporting, @soay is my contact at DKRZ, I'll forward the issue to her if this tag doesn't work... Use wget -s to bypass the openID prompt.
