Only the first of multiple inserts of the same attached image will appear in post

If an image that was uploaded is inserted more than once in the message, only the first will appear. The same image has to be uploaded separately each time you wish to insert it.

Besides being a bug I am curious to know why you would insert the same image multiple times?

Hmm, well not very often I suppose. On occasion I've reused the same snapshot of an icon, button or dialog when writing out a step-by-step instruction. And of course if someone was abusing a custom smiley...
