Componets missing from .POS file

I noticed some strange behavior when generating BOM and POS file using your plugin. I am missing one component from the POS file . I have checked that it is correctly labeled as SMD and all seems ok. It shows up fine when using the Kicad POS tool

I am attaching a cut down project file. The component causing an issue is R12. It shows up in the BOM correctly , but in the POS file generated by the plugin it is missing.
The generated BOM and POS (kicad_pos and plugin_pos) files can be found in the 2209_man folder
