etcdutl file location

Hi there,

I've installed etcd 3.5.17 and I can't find the etcdutl file under /usr/local/bin/. Only the etcd and etcdclt files are present. Is there something I'm missing? Is is necessary to install etcdutl separately? If yes, where I can download the file?

Ok, its actually my fault. Forgot(in ansible) to copy the file after the installation.
