add premium amount as column to policies table.

As connected wallet owner I want “Policies” view to show me payout I will get if I submit a claim (for active policies in state of depeg) and payouts I received for all previous, already in active, policies. Also it would be nice have a link to each payout tx.

This ticket is for displaying the paid premium in the /policies view, so its unrelated to your comment. But regarding your comment, its the payout is currently visible as a hover once claimed. We are aware that we need to improve this a bit more, thats why we have this issue #286
