When simulating ethereum network we should use current hardfork which is Shanghai
https://docs.gnosischain.com/specs/hard-forks/shanghai-capella

This is applicable to local hardhat setup in storage incentives repo but should also be used in bee nodes setup to use EVM used on those versions of fork, not the older ones as otherwise testing environment is lagging and precise enough.

Can be done when HH is updated to new version.
