Add UI to manage multiple baserom projects

This can get a little tricky, and may be best to leave it as not supported. However, multiple baserom projects can be present, resulting in each mod project generating multiple mods. This can be useful for similar ROMs such as Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon having mods that alter both.
