Tesla does not end charging session

Hi all,

Since 1 or 2 months (not sure exactly when it started) I frequently need to manually end charging sessions in my Tesla (model 3) when I charge at my own Alfen Wallbox.

Situation:

• Wallbox: Alfen Single Pro Line
• Ev: Tesla Model 3
• Charging: I am using an (RFID) charging card to start and stop charging sessions
• Backoffice: using eflux as backoffice
• Using EVCC to charge on low dynamic tariff.

Issue(s):

• When I end the charging sessions with the RFID tag on the Alfen Wallbox, it often happens that the car does not correctly end the charging resulting in a locked charging cable in the car. I need to manually unlock the charging cable by using the menu on the touchscreen of the Tesla. The Wallbox does correctly stop the session and the backoffice also correctly ends the charging session. If I charge the Tesla at another Wallbox I do not have this issue.
• When the Tesla is connected for a long time (a day, or more) to charge on low dynamic tariff the Tesla sometimes ends in an error state (red charging symbol at the charging port of the Tesla).

I have the feeling all these issues started as soon as I started using the option in EVCC to charge on low electricity tariff. Before this everything functioned without issue for at least a year.

Before I try some trouble shooting by reversing settings I was curious if I can get some feedback here. Any ideas where I can look or did anyone have the same issue (or still have)? Could it be some kind of time-out setting?

I am under the impression, that Tesla charge port should not get unlocked by a wallbox... That seems logical to me.

It does need to unlock when a user ends the charging session with an RFID tag, just the same as with public charging
