OCPP Port not reachable

I try to migrate my standalone evcc installation to home assistant os.

The problem is my charger cannot reach the port 8887 on ha.

The plugin config is unmodified.

But the port is also not reachable within ha.

the ip of the docker container is resolved, but the port is closed

Port 7070 is working as aspected.
