После выбора версии только белая страница.
/install.php?target=3.x
/install.php?target=3.1.9
/install.php?target=1.4.16

и т.д.
В папке сайта только подпапки с суффиксами _temp...

I just tried it on my VPS and had no issues. Some servers have more restrictions as other servers.

Requires allow_url_fopen to be enabled by your server's PHP configuration.
