convert gentoo ebuild & pkg source files to pisi source

Pardus (Linux distribution) has its own package manager named Pisi. Pilonga automatically downloads Gentoo ebuild files and converts to Pisi source files.

uh, so we distribute that as a separate project because it's tcl? either way, it's way cool.

so, let's say, like we need such a feature for pisi-4.0 but along with pisi-1.2 to 3.0 pilonga should be enough. let me fork that here on github, too.

pilonga denedim, ancak ebuild'leri indiremedi. gentoo şimdi git e geçti ondan olabilir. sanki gentoo-portage sayfasından indirmeye çalışıyormuş gibi geldi.
