Currently plugins have links to classed of API (i.e. @see ExcelsiorInstallerConfig#eula), that is not available in plugins, so such links are rendered ugly. There are ability (at least for groovydoc via links) to link external javadoc/groovydoc by url, but that url should be publicly available.
