Ability to have a hotkey toggle via press/release pair instead of two presses

I keep wanting to do a transition that activates while I've got a key held down, and transitions back on key release.

Specifically my goal is an image show/hide to correspond with a push-to-talk key.
Currently I do a "show" with the hotkey, then use an audio move to "hide" when I get quiet. That's a little convoluted and flaky.
