Comma in CESTER_COMMENT cause the pre processor to treat comment as parameter #69

Having a comma in the CESTER_COMMENT macro causes the pre-processor to treat the comment value as a parameter to the cester_comment() function.

#include <exotic/cester.h>

CESTER_COMMENT(
    Because of this comma, the pre-processor sends as \n
    multiple parameters to the internal cester_comment(0 function
);
