Retention for GH action artifacts (i.e. release binaries)

Retention for artifacts from GH action runs defaults to 30 days; hence, the binaries in the Version 0.1.1 run have expired.

Thanks for letting me know, I should figure out how to put the binaries into releases.

In the meantime, I have pushed some new commits, so there are new artifacts. I have the retention set to 90 days (that's the maximum), so we are good for three more months :]
