As an end user
I want to be able to save new files, and open/save existing ones
So that I can work with meaningful, existing files in the GUI.

Request Description
Have a button somewhere in the app (maybe we make a file ribbon at the top? I don't know if we can do that) to open a dialog to open an existing file. Also add save and save as buttons.
