It went on for two or three days. And it's still going on. I used a VPN but it didn't work on the cookies

Have you updated the cookie-clicker plugin by chance? I deprecated the legacy API service. You may be stuck with the old API. I'm happy to turn on the legacy plugin for the time being if needed.
